Clear photos in natural light are ideal. Front, side and favorite-expression photos help us understand your pet from every angle.
Will I see the portrait before it ships?
Yes. We share a preview before finishing and shipping, so you can request reasonable refinements to the likeness.
How long does a custom portrait take?
Every piece is made by hand and timing varies by format and current studio capacity. The estimated making time is shown on each product page.
Can you include my pet’s real fur?
For selected portrait types, yes. Contact us before mailing anything and we will provide safe packaging and shipping instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
